We’ve identified that there are three main categories of shipments and created some expectations on processing time.

WANT TO LEARN MORE ?
PICK & SHIP:
Are simply items that can be grabbed off of the shelf and shipped without configuration:
- Cables
- Mounting brackets
- Relays
PICK, CONFIGURE & SHIP:
Items that need more attention prior to shipping:
- Panel PC’s / Computers (need imaging/configuration)
- Sensors (need to be calibrated & labeled for expiry)
TURNAROUND TIMES:
- Pick & Ship item, we will guarantee that it will ship from our facility next day. On expedited orders, we will guarantee same day shipment (order must be submitted prior to 1pm MST (2pm CST).
- Pick, Configure & Ship item, we will guarantee that it will ship from our facility within two days. On expedited orders, we will guarantee next day shipment.
- Manufacture items are subject to build availability. Contact local sales representative for availability.
EXPEDITED ORDER PROCESSING FEE:
The expedite fee will be equal to 10% of the subtotal on the sales order (including system builds) with a minimum charge of $250. This fee is only for expedited processing. This fee is separate from any freight charges that are incurred upon leaving MDT’s facility.
