In late 2009 Davis co-founded MDT after 16 years of engineering, project management and consulting work. In January 2010, he opened MDT’s first shop in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. As the demand for MDT’s products grew, the company outgrew the small shop and in January 2011, he relocated the company to their present location in Acheson, Alberta. Over the past many years, Davis has continued to lead the company through tremendous growth and transformation from a data acquisition company to a full control system solution provider with an international presence.

As one of the founders of MDT, Jesse has been involved in all aspects of the company but his passion remains in Product Development. Prior to MDT, Jesse worked in the wood products industry developing software and high speed controls. Throughout MDT’s growth Jesse has shifted from sole product designer and programmer to leading the technology department that now consists of many engineers and software developers. These days you will find Jesse traveling around North America setting the direction for MDT’s future products.

Arun Joseph (AJ) brings a wealth of experience from diverse segments of the oil and gas industry. His technical field studies have been featured in esteemed professional conferences across Calgary, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.  As the leader of MDT’s sales team, AJ oversees the company’s operations across multiple countries, playing a pivotal role in expanding the global reach of MDT’s products. With an extensive career spanning sales and marketing, technical sales, and engineering management across various divisions in multiple oilfield service companies, AJ has a proven track record of excellence. He is currently on the board of directors for ICOTA Canada and is an active member of SPE.
